Acceptable Use Policy
Voxen Cloud is a platform for hosting websites and applications. We trust customers to use it for legitimate purposes. This policy describes what is and isn’t allowed. Material breaches will result in suspension or termination of your account, with no SLA credit due.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Illegal content. Anything illegal where you or your users are.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — automatic permanent ban and report to authorities.
- Phishing, malware, or fraud. Including credential-harvesting pages, fake login portals, and pages that misrepresent themselves as another brand.
- Cryptocurrency mining in any form, including on the client side via embedded miners.
- Unsolicited bulk email or messaging. Voxen-hosted endpoints may not be used to send spam.
- Network abuse. Port scanning, DDoS launching, brute-forcing, or operating as a relay/proxy for abuse.
- Resource abuse. Crypto mining, distributed compute farms, video transcoding farms, or workloads designed primarily to exhaust shared resources.
- Adult content on the standard plan. Permitted on a separately approved adult plan.
Resource limits
Each plan has documented limits on CPU, memory, disk, bandwidth, and request rate. Exceeding limits will result in throttling, automatic shutdown of the offending project, or upgrade to a higher tier.
Security and privacy
- Do not attempt to access another customer’s data, infrastructure, or account.
- Do not attempt to escape your container, escalate privileges, or interfere with shared infrastructure.
- If you discover a vulnerability in Voxen, please report it to security@voxenlabs.cloud before disclosing publicly.
Reporting abuse
If you observe a Voxen-hosted site violating this policy, email abuse@voxenlabs.cloud with the URL and a description. We respond to credible reports within 24 hours.
Enforcement
We may, at our discretion, take any of the following actions in response to a policy violation: warning the account, suspending the project, suspending the account, terminating the account, refunding remaining credits, or refusing future signups from the same email or payment method. Egregious violations result in immediate termination without warning.
